He oversees all of our departments, making sure everyone has and knows exactly what they need to succeed in the great outdoors. You're almost guaranteed to crack up around the bonfire at his witty banter or learn something invaluable from his bush crafting, bush survival, or woodworking classes. Be you paddling down the river or deep in the dense forest, you're always in good paws with this jackal."

"Ayy yo dis is one jackalope ya dont wanna cross or else he'll sprinkle ya pork roll wit some Italian seasoning! Chris is AOA's Head Chef, responsible for procuring, prepping, and cooking up delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner delicacies on every one of our camping trips. His meals will warm your bones on even the chilliest of camp outtings, while his personality warms your spirit. This jackalope has 10+ years of camp experience, from group camping to solo backpacking through the Rockies."

"If you happen to catch the manic flash of a creature dashing to and fro, or the scent of sweet cherry tobacco accompanied by the sound of silly instruments, you've likely just encountered Fawkes! Boasting 15+ years of camping experience, Fawkes is in charge of Camp Setup and Operations, as well as Staff Operations, giving his all to make sure every AOA trip runs as smooth as butter. Share a drink with him around the bonfire and he'll quickly become your best friend; just don't be surprised if this lion quickly becomes bawdy and lascivious!"

"If you happen to hear yipping and squeaking around the camp, it COULD be a real fox, but much more likely its our resident fennec Kat! Kat heads up our medical department and she has the 30lb+ bag of medical supplies to prove it. Certified in first aid, CPR, AED useage and more, shes able to patch up even the nastiest scrapes and bruises the outdoors have to give. Kat has 10+ years of camp experience, with specialties in bush survival and safety."

Higgs is our Games & Events Coordinator and general vibes wrangler, always happy to strike up a game of badminton or manhunt, or vibe out with a board game or outdoor movie!
